Make sure to Create your account Download the 360Player app.



For Parents who's child has already been added, follow these steps:

  1. Select I’m a parent to a player and enter your details.
  2. Choose Connect to an existing player account and enter your child's account email login address.
  3. If you already have a 360Player account created
  4. Click My children in the Menu
  5. Select Create connection
  6. Enter your child's account email login address
  7. Approve the connection
  8. Your child will receive a push notification in their account.
  9. They must click Accept to complete the connection.

Steps to connect an additional parent or guardian

  1. Navigate to the More button in the menu to access additional options.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Go to the My children tab at the top of the screen.
  4. Select the three dots next to the player’s name and choose Connect a parent to [player’s name].
  5. Generate an invite link and share it with the additional family member.
  6. The additional parent clicks on the invite link and creates their parent account.

Select I’m a parent to a player and enter your details.


Choose Connect to an existing player account and enter your child's account email login address.


If you already have a 360Player account created

Click My children in the Menu


Select Create connection


Enter your child's account email login address


Approve the connection

Your child will receive a push notification in their account.


They must click Accept to complete the connection.

Steps to set up a login for your child

  1. Log in to your parent account using your credentials.
  2. Tap the dropdown menu in the upper-left corner of the app.
  3. Select Add or manage children.
  4. Find your child’s name and tap the three dots next to it.
  5. Choose the Create login for your child option.
  6. Enter your child’s email address and create a password for their new login.
  7. Note: Your child must have their own email address to complete this process.
  8. Tap Create login.

Your child can now use their email and the password you created to log in and manage their own account.



Steps to add additional player accounts

  1. Select the Menu button in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Go to the My children tab.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and select Create account.
  5. Enter the relevant group code provided by a coach or administrator.
  6. Fill in your child’s details and press Continue.
  7. Choose account management options:
  8. Decide whether you will manage the account yourself or allow your child to manage it. Press Continue.
  9. If creating login credentials for your child:
  10. Use an email and password that are different from any already in use.
  11. Complete any additional fields required by your organization.

Completing a registration form for a new player

If you are trying to register a new player, follow these steps:

Create a new child account.

Complete the child’s details.

Return to the registration form and register the new child.


If your child has a mobile device, ensure they download the 360Player app and log in using the credentials you created for them. This will allow them to access the platform independently.

Steps to accept a parent connection

  1. Check notifications.
  2. The parent connection request will appear as a notification in your account.
  3. Open the request.
  4. Click on Notifications and locate the connection request.
  5. Select the notification.
  6. Click on the notification to view the details of the request.
  7. Accept the request.
  8. Click Accept to confirm the connection.

The parent will now be successfully connected to your account.
